RETURN POLICY

Stud and Stud wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item, sign into your account to request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA)  within 48 hours of receipt of your order and follow the instructions on how to return the item. Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

To receive your RMA
Sign into your account, under My Orders, select the order you would like to return.
Select the item you would like to return and explain why, if the item is faulty, please provide some details.
Click on Request a RMA.

Exchange
If you wish to exchange an item for an alternative size, please note that delivery time will apply as stated on each individual product page, once the alternative item is ready we will contact you in order to process the payment of the shipping charges for this new item.
If you are unsure about which size to pick, please contact us on customercare@studandstud.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Refund
A refund of the full value of the item (this excludes shipping charges)  will be issued to the original card within 14 days upon receipt of the goods.
All orders are carefully checked before being sent but in the case of a faulty item, please contact us on customercare@studandstud.com as soon as you receive the item (and within 48 hours) to request a RMA. Please note that an item will only be considered as faulty if it presents a manufacturing defect. Once you have received your RMN, please send us the faulty item back within 7 days, we will then ascertain the problem and send you a replacement or issue you with a full refund including the shipping charges within 7 days.
You must send back the item unused and in its original packaging including the labels or tags and packaging (shoes boxes must be returned in a perfect condition). Items that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted.
Unfortunately for hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be returned. Briefs and bodies should be tried on over underwear and shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items which have not met the conditions stated above.

When returning an item, we advise you to use a recorded postal service or a courier that provides you with a tracking number as the goods will remain under your responsibility until they reach us.

Cancelling an order

If you are based in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations from the time of your order up to 7 working days from the day after you received you order. You must notify customer care of your ordr cancellation in writing at customercare@studandstud.com.
